📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and consulting across multiple fronts, covering civil, labor, and corporate law to address clients' specific interests. Act as a conflict resolver to ensure a clear and efficient resolution, identifying and applying alternatives to problem-solving to prevent escalation and preserve the integrity of commercial relationships. Provide robust and comprehensive legal support in general practice and debt recovery, operating on multiple fronts—from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings—aiming to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Advise on legal matters and guide critical decisions based on technical experience, develop efficient and tailored solutions, promote the preservation of commercial relationships and success in claims, focusing on legal strategies that add value for clients and secure positive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; additional postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus. • Minimum of 6 months' experience in general legal practice and debt recovery, with proficiency in Civil, Contract, Corporate, and Civil Procedure law, as well as Labor Procedure and Labor Law, and proven experience managing complex judicial, civil, labor, and administrative cases. • Knowledge of civil and procedural law, legal research, drafting of procedural documents, case and deadline management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
