📋 Description

• You are responsible from the outset for individual phases within an M&A process • You prepare investment teasers and information memoranda • You develop tailored, actionable M&A strategies together with investors and companies • You model business plans, prepare company valuations, build and integrate financial models, draft decision papers and present these internally and to clients • In addition, you support business development through studies and by preparing pitches

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field • You have already gained experience in corporate finance, at an M&A boutique, or in investment banking • You possess strong, above-average analytical and conceptual skills and communicate confidently in both German and English • You have excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) • You demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and drive and enjoy working in small teams
