• Develop and execute a multi-year territory growth strategy aligned with SHP’s strategic priorities • Design and implement territory plans that expand district partnerships and increase program adoption across urban, rural, and suburban districts • Analyze market conditions, funding cycles, and policy trends to inform strategic targeting • Monitor competitive landscape insights to position SHP as a leading upstream violence prevention partner • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with superintendents, assistant superintendents, SEL directors, safety leaders, and school boards • Lead consultative sales conversations that align SHP solutions with district strategic priorities • Identify and activate district, regional, and statewide partnership opportunities • Secure multi-year and systemwide partnerships • Build and maintain a robust, diversified sales pipeline aligned with annual and multi-year growth targets • Maintain disciplined CRM practices and accurate forecasting within Salesforce • Track key performance indicators including conversion rates, district expansion, and LMS utilization • Serve as a thought partner to leadership on business development strategy, change management, and process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred • 5+ years of progressive success in K-12 education sales, with a strong track record of selling digital solutions to diverse school districts • Excellent executive level relationship management and partnership-building skills • Exceptional communication skills • High proficiency in Salesforce (forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual engagement platforms • Ability to travel within the region; residence near a major airport preferred • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice; comfort engaging across politically, socially, and economically diverse communities
