📋 Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that deliver planned revenue targets and maximize utilization of Gold Bond products across assigned grocery accounts • Lead negotiations with key grocery retailers (Ahold, Publix, Meijer) on pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and distribution expansion • Manage broker relationships (East and West regions) to ensure alignment with Gold Bond commercial objectives and brand strategies • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and brokers to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges • Drive sales optimization through strategic initiatives, promotional planning, and category management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles within consumer goods, preferably in the grocery/retail channel • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity • Proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering revenue growth
