🎯 Requirements
• 1000人規模以上、5年以上の給与計算業務経験 • 社会保険・労働保険、勤務管理、転勤・社宅、退職金、福利厚生の業務の中から複数の経験 • 海外給与の知識・経験、出向者対応(送出し、受入) • 株式報酬の知識・経験 • 人事制度・報酬体系の策定・改定の知識・経験があれば尚良し • 製造業での経験 • 業務に関係する法令やルール(労働基準法、社会保険・労働保険関連、所得税・住民税関連)に関する幅広い知識 • 所属部署メンバー、所属部署以外の人、外部委託先関係者、場合によっては海外の人事担当者等と円滑に進めるコミュニケーション能力 • 問題解決能力、信頼性、コミットメント力 • 業務の正確性、法令順守、誠実さ • 所属部門を超えて、業務プロセスの改善や問題点の特定、ユーザー視点での改善提案を推進した経験 • リーダーとして指導経験(後輩への育成など含む) • 社内外、国内外からの多様な要求やトラブルに対応できる柔軟性 • 英語力(中級)
