📋 Description

• Join a scrum team working on client projects, internal tools, or in-house products • Build frontend and backend features using Spring Boot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Redux, and reusable web components • Own features end to end and actively shape the platform • Build production-grade services and RESTful APIs • Design database schemas, manage migrations, optimize queries, and improve performance • Build complex and maintainable user interfaces • Work with micro frontends and module federation • Use AI coding agents while owning code quality • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers within a design system • Write and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end tests • Use linters and formatters and write clean, readable code • Own changes through the CI/CD pipeline to production • Contribute to innovative financial-services software, including cloud-native, GenAI, and agentic-system projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education • Very good knowledge of Spring Boot and Kotlin • Experience building production-grade services and RESTful APIs • Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance • Very good experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux • Practical experience with micro frontends and module federation • Ability to use and understand AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code while owning code quality • Comfortable collaborating with UI/UX designers and working within a design system • Experience with unit, component, and end-to-end testing • Active use of linters and formatters • Understanding of CI/CD and ability to own changes through the pipeline to production • Solution-oriented and structured working mode • Fluent in English • Nice-to-have: UI5 Web Components or component-based design system experience • Nice-to-have: Cloud services, ideally Azure, on Kubernetes with Helm • Nice-to-have: Infrastructure as code with Terraform • Nice-to-have: Service mesh such as Istio or Kubernetes platforms such as Kyma • Nice-to-have: Observability tooling including Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki • Nice-to-have: LLM/GenAI integration, such as Spring AI, Azure OpenAI, agentic flows, or MCP servers • Nice-to-have: Interest in modern technologies and tools
