📋 Description

• Carry out equipment commissioning and qualification • Schedule appointments with customers and ensure the feasibility of the required operations • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance visits • Assist customers by phone and determine the spare parts and tools required • Plan service interventions based on customer urgency and location • Record the schedule in the shared planning calendar • With the support of the Team Leader, ensure that renewal quotations are prepared on time and that services are delivered on the anniversary date • Promote service offerings and relay requests for new contracts or extensions • Promote Sartorius and provide the Sales team with information regarding potential sales of Sartorius products • Travel to customer sites to perform metrology and/or maintenance services

🎯 Requirements

• Previous field service experience and experience maintaining/qualifying laboratory equipment preferred • Two-year post-secondary diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioanalysis and Quality Control, Physical Measurements, or Maintenance of Laboratory Instrumentation • Written English proficiency, primarily for reading • Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • This role requires a demonstrated motivation for customer contact and field service work • A high degree of autonomy is required for this position
