📋 Description

• Analyze, report and escalate as needed all electronic Data interchange systems to ensure compliance with applicable controls and standards. • Deliver final compliance reports and documenting results. • Track and address issues that trigger financial chargebacks. • Support and promote changes and enhancements to existing and new transaction mappings. • Assist with training personnel in EDI support activities. • Process POs as needed and communicate with vendors on EDI and logistics matters. • Logistics support by reviewing freight invoices and researching suitable changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of EDI related / customer service experience either in a business or technical capacity is preferred. • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. • Must be ethical, meticulous, organized, dependable. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within a tightly defined deadline. • Intermediate skill set in Microsoft Excel is required. • Strong EDI background is required. • Experience with SPS Commerce is preferred but not required. • Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required. • Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required.
