📋 Description

• Oversee the management and delivery of IT services across all regions • Ensure service performance meets or exceeds agreed standards and expectations • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery • Cultivate global stakeholder relationships and align IT services with business goals • Monitor and report service delivery performance using metrics and KPIs • Identify and implement process improvements • Oversee change initiatives and manage organisational change • Lead responses to major IT incidents and coordinate cross-functional crisis resolution • Develop, implement, and manage ITIL-based processes • Serve as escalation point for service delivery issues • Identify and mitigate risks to prevent service disruptions • Lead ITSM and ITIL functions including incident, problem, change, and service level management • Lead, mentor, and develop leadership teams covering 24/7 Service Desk, Onsite Technical Support, and ITSM • Travel internationally to engage regional teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field is desired • Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery management or a related role • Proven track record of managing services on a global scale • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners • Relevant certifications in Leadership, ITIL, ITSM, and project management are highly desirable • Deep understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL • Experience with service delivery tools and systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions • Ability to work in a global environment across different regions and cultures • Ability to undertake frequent international travel
