📋 Description

• Support a Talent Partner, primarily with sourcing and pipeline management • Conduct high-volume recruitment • Conduct phone screenings for role fit and culture fit • Maintain active communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including opening and closing requisitions • Schedule interviews and send calendar invitations • Manage the Dayforce ATS • Update candidate statuses and upload reports • Build and maintain an active talent pool • Provide quick endorsements and support timely hiring for business needs • Partner with hiring teams to support the growth of a female-focused brand

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for 50+ roles • Experience working in a retail organisation preferred • Knowledge of retail roles • Experience using Indeed, SEEK, Dayforce, and Checkmate background check system • Good Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams experience • Very good English and general written and spoken communication skills • Time efficient and able to multitask
