• Manage the full renewal cycle engaging customers 90–120 days out. • Drive cross-functional consensus and manage Account Executive expectations. • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities. • Maintain source of truth data in Salesforce. • Negotiate with sophisticated enterprise customers and partners.
• 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or AM. • Negotiation skills to navigate procurement hurdles. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools. • Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a massive plus. • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a nice to have.
