📋 Description

• Lead the fullstack development team, ensuring quality deliveries and realistic timelines. • Define architectural standards, tools, and best practices for React.js and Node.js projects. • Design scalable and secure solutions with a product- and business-oriented mindset. • Review code, mentor the team, and lead technical rituals (code reviews, tech talks, pair programming). • Collaborate with the Product Owner, UX/UI, and Project Management to prioritize technical work. • Be responsible for the technical growth of team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fullstack development with React.js and Node.js. • Strong command of TypeScript, Next.js, Express.js, and microservices architecture. • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS/Azure). • Knowledge of application security and web performance. • Experience in technical leadership, leading squads, and providing mentorship. • Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
