📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on generated leads • Engage leads to understand investment goals and financial requirements • Explain mutual fund products and investment options in a simple and clear manner • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales/advisory team • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status • Meet daily and weekly calling targets • Handle basic objections professionally • Follow up with warm leads and maintain engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer-facing roles • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English • Strong persuasion and listening skills • Ability to explain financial products in an easy-to-understand manner • Basic computer knowledge for lead tracking and data entry • Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset • Ability to handle rejection professionally
