📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including ATS administration and candidate sourcing • Conduct outbound calls and screen candidates • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources • Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Excellent candidate screening and interviewing abilities • Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
