âą Lead executive searches for C-level and senior leadership roles, including CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CRO, VP, and Director-level positions. âą Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to scope, define, and refine search requirements. âą Act as a strategic talent advisor, helping clients understand market conditions, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring dynamics. âą Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber executive talent. âą Perform extensive outbound recruiting, headhunting, networking, and relationship-building with passive candidates. âą Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries and geographic regions. âą Conduct executive-level interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, technical expertise, cultural fit, and organizational impact. âą Present qualified candidates with detailed evaluations and recommendations. âą Manage candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch and professional approach. âą Facilitate interview processes, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiations, and closing activities. âą Maintain accurate search documentation, candidate records, and pipeline reporting within the ATS and CRM systems. âą Stay informed on executive talent trends, industry developments, and competitive market intelligence.
âą 5+ years of experience recruiting for C-level and executive leadership positions for U.S.-based companies. âą Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives across a variety of industries and functions. âą Strong experience conducting intake calls and consulting directly with hiring managers, founders, and executive stakeholders. âą Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify and engage passive executive talent. âą Experience recruiting across multinational markets, particularly in Latin America, Europe, and/or Africa. âą Excellent understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and talent intelligence. âą Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with senior executives and clients. âą Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities. âą Experience managing multiple executive searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness. âą Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
âą This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. âą Must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the clientâs time zone.
