📋 Description

• Develop and manage social media calendars across multiple platforms and client accounts • Publish content consistently while aligning with brand voice and campaign objectives • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes • Identify opportunities to increase audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility • Create graphics, captions, short-form videos, and other digital assets • Edit and optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms • Research trending topics, competitor content, and viral formats • Collaborate with internal teams on educational, promotional, and thought leadership content • Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions • Foster engagement and maintain consistent brand messaging • Build relationships with industry leaders, influencers, partners, and target audiences • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and campaign performance • Build reporting dashboards and present actionable insights • Create and manage UTM tracking for campaign measurement and lead attribution • Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements • Represent social media initiatives to clients when needed • Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic updates • Coordinate with internal teams to execute client social media strategies • Manage client expectations and align projects with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional environment • Experience in a B2B marketing agency or client-service environment strongly preferred • Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple brands • Experience developing social media content, community engagement strategies, and performance reporting • Client-facing experience is a strong plus • Social media strategy and execution skills • Content creation and copywriting skills • Short-form video editing skills • Community management skills • Social media analytics and reporting skills • UTM tracking and campaign attribution • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Analytics • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Availability to work 10 AM - 2 PM EST aligned with the client’s time zone • English resume in PDF format • Submission of a video showcasing skills
