📋 Description
• Own the marketing and communications strategy end-to-end • Run acquisition campaigns through third-party ad/traffic platforms • Source, onboard, and manage affiliates • Create marketing visuals including advertising banners, GIFs, short videos, and promo/discount assets • Manage the company’s presence on Reddit, X, and similar channels with a marketing-first lens • Use AI tools, including Claude, extensively in the daily workflow • Represent the company at affiliate industry conferences
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in B2C marketing and communications • Experience running paid campaigns through third-party ad/traffic platforms • Direct affiliate sourcing and relationship management experience • Strong visual/creative instinct; comfortable producing or directing banners, GIFs, and short-form video • Comfortable traveling to represent the company at industry conferences • Excellent communication skills in English • Experience in gambling, crypto, or other highly regulated consumer verticals is a strong plus
