📋 Description

• Lead insight-driven sales conversations • Expand accounts intentionally • Own the full deal lifecycle • Create momentum in mid-sized enterprise deals • Navigate real buying groups • Build business cases that resonate • Collaborate across teams • Represent Scaled Agile externally

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales • 2+ years of account management experience • End to end sales cycle management • Proven success closing $50K–$200K deals • Comfort leading conversations with directors, VPs, and executive sponsors • Strong discovery and qualification skills • Ability to create urgency without being pushy • Experience collaborating with partners or internal specialists • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets • Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts • Confidence, curiosity and stellar communication skills
