📋 Description

• Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn) to a targeted list of franchisor prospects. • Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and qualify client interest. • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM. • Collaborate with leadership to optimize outreach messaging and strategy. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or lead generation (preferred). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Confidence in high-volume outreach and objection handling. • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented. • Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn prospecting tools.
