📋 Description

• Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring milestones are completed on schedule • Coordinate writers, designers, video editors, developers, leadership, and other stakeholders • Balance multiple projects and proactively adjust priorities based on business needs • Maintain project management platforms, tasks, timelines, statuses, documentation, and assignments • Provide daily project updates and communicate blockers and priorities to leadership • Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve internal processes and scalable systems • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before final completion • Organize timelines and create structure for creative professionals • Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they impact delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Traffic Manager, Operations Coordinator, Account Manager, or similar role • Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Proven experience working with Marketing teams • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar project management platforms • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Ability to prioritize independently without constant supervision • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Quiet and professional work setup • Must submit a short introductory video as part of the hiring process • Nice-to-have: experience supporting marketing, creative, or advertising teams • Nice-to-have: familiarity with creative production workflows • Nice-to-have: experience using Mailchimp • Nice-to-have: basic understanding of video editing or creative production processes • Nice-to-have: experience working with distributed remote teams
