📋 Description

• Analyze contractual risks, including technical risks, quantities and/or volumes, schedules, and cost estimates • Identify risks, potentially adverse events affecting the contract’s financial performance, and opportunities • Issue alerts regarding unfavorable contractual matters • Propose cost reductions and maximize entitlement to invoicing • Review ongoing performance indicators and identify specific indicators • Manage documentation covering all financial and commercial aspects of the contract • Monitor and draft sensitive contractual correspondence • Compile data and prepare contractual arguments • Prepare the final account and end-of-project claim, quantifying all variances • Participate in negotiating the final account with the client • Understand and manage the various constraints and obligations arising from partnership and joint-contracting agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5), with knowledge of law and contract management • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment • Assertive and curious personality • Strong ability to learn and demonstrate commitment
