• Manage current imaging center accounts and help grow network in current and future markets • Report directly to the Head of Supply Business Development • Ensure a great customer experience for patients and providers • Maintain proper margins and drive cost per scan down • Sell new products into imaging center accounts • Build relationships with current and future imaging center partners • Monitor volume and ensure proper capacity • Build reporting and business review meetings • Prospect new imaging centers to increase capacity or open new geographies
• Proven experience in Account Management, including retention, up-selling and new business development • Imaging or Healthcare experience • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time • Familiarity with the personal injury market • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizations • Creative rapport building • Strong goal-oriented individual with a continuous drive to learn and grow
