📋 Description

• Develop a product vision and strategy • Apply user-centric approaches, user research, and interviews • Conduct ideation and evaluate problem–solution fit • Develop business models and assess product–market fit • Define product goals using OKRs • Apply UX/UI design fundamentals, information architecture, and wireframing • Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct user tests • Manage agile product development processes using Scrum or Kanban • Write user stories and manage backlog, roadmapping, and planning workflows • Plan and coordinate workflows and releases • Define KPIs and set up event tracking • Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention • Perform software testing and bug reporting • Use Google Analytics and Looker Studio • Participate in career coaching, job research, application preparation, and interview/case practice

• Enthusiasm for technology and digital products • Ambition and enjoyment in achieving team success • Enjoy working in agile ways such as Scrum, Kanban, and paired work • Ability to convince customers and stakeholders of visions and plans • Team player with initiative and a pragmatic approach to work • Entrepreneurial mindset • Willingness to embrace uncertain situations as a challenge • Recommended German language level of at least B2
