Product Marketing

• Stellar communication skills: These are crucial not only when it comes to product messaging, but also for effective communication among key stakeholders.
• Marketing materials for pre-sale: These can include competitive information, videos, 1-pagers, or anything that you think will help the sales team create opportunities and close business.
• Marketing materials for post-sale: Materials to help our customers get the most value out of SchooLinks and drive usage.
• Internal product knowledge management: Organize our internal materials to streamline answering questions and information sharing. Experience with Guru and Notion.
• Enablement - managing the internal training for Sales/CS to ensure everyone has the skills and knowledge they need to be successful and hit our conversion/win rates.
• Working with marketing to hone our customer voice at tradeshows, conferences, and webinars.

Account Executive

• Identify, develop and execute account strategy to develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
• Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (superintendents, CAOs, deputies, directors) and understand industry trend and issues
• Identify customer pain points and problem solve and strategize using our solution
• Scope, negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets
• Capture, maintain accurate and relevant info using Salesforce
• Leverage existing accounts as reference to expand regionally
• Collaborate with peers across product, implementation, marketing teams to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at the both individual and executive level

Customer Success

• Serving as the main point of contact and build relationships with our districts through the various life cycle milestones (onboarding, nurturing and renewal/expansion) 
•  Onboarding new customers by leading the project kickoff, scheduling and delivering training and working with internal and explain teams to facilitate data integrations & platform setup and configuration 
• Continue to manage the customer through onboarding and to the nurturing stage by conducting regular check-ins, manage multi-layer stakeholders, providing ongoing support, monitoring usage and sharing best practices to drive adoption. 
• Renewing the customer will be the outcome of this work as you will close the renewal while also looking for expansion opportunities by providing additional solutions to solve the customer's needs. 
• Through out the year you will ensure SchooLinks continues to deliver value for staff and student users. 
• Remaining flexible to customer needs with continuously updating configurations within the platform. 
• Provide customer feedback to our Product Team, collected during the various customer engagements. 
• Continuously define, document problems and challenges faced by our districts.

Customer Success Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Be the demo expert: Be the expert of our product and come up with workflow solutions and articulate complex concepts in simple and compelling ways to the prospects
• Professional development: Assisting in sales rep professional development via documentation, and making of the materials, pitch coaching
• Be the domain expert: Keep up-to-date on any legislative and policy changes in the space we serve, counseling, WBL, CCR accountability
• Product Liaison: Provide feedback from the front lines to our product teams in a way that allows our teams to improve our products and services
• Position the SchooLinks platform as a solution (and as a partner) to all stakeholders, from shallow to deep, from storytelling, to technical deep-dives
• Develop, refine, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that are thoughtful, simple, but engaging
• Effectively communicate complex technology, workflows and implementations to a variety of stakeholders – e.g. telling a compelling story to educators and administrators, as well as leading credible, in-depth technical discussions with information technology experts
