• Manage and implement key People & Culture (P&C) processes across the organization. • Support end-to-end implementation of core P&C programs, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition. • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring P&C initiatives are aligned with business objectives. • Lead the setup and execution of the performance management cycle. • Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual training plans. • Support recruitment processes for key roles, ensuring alignment with workforce planning. • Propose new initiatives to improve P&C and organizational efficiency. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on P&C policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate P&C data to support decision-making and analyze trends to improve P&C processes.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the areas outlined above. • Strong ability to balance business needs with people strategy. • Proven capability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse teams. • Comfortable working in a matrixed and multicultural environment. • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
