📋 Description

• Advising company executives on how to attract new employees or contracts using our unique systems. • Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads who are waiting for your call. • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our system that has been validated thousands of times. • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Clear spoken German and high energy. • Willingness to learn, performance orientation, and a desire for continuous development. • Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales. • Ideally, prior experience working in an agency or in sales coaching. • We do not require specific educational backgrounds – what matters is that you have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us.
