📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end, from ambiguous founder input to live production • Set and maintain the team's engineering standards for working with coding agents • Build and maintain production-grade Playwright test suites covering critical user journeys • Define SLOs and lead incident response for owned surfaces • Design and maintain systems in compliance with data minimization principles and EU-only hosting infrastructures • Document architectural decisions clearly in writing and actively participate in technical discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex production systems end-to-end • Fluency in TypeScript across the full stack • Experience with Next.js 15+ / React 19+ (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions) • Experience with PostgreSQL using an ORM (Drizzle or Prisma) • Daily, fluent use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) • Production-grade experience with Playwright (or Cypress) • Basic literacy in GDPR/BDSG (§32 BDSG) is a strong plus • Highly autonomous, DRI-minded individual with exceptional written English (C1+)
