• Project Management: manage daily timelines for campaigns, launches, and end-to-end contracts. • Scope Control: define and control scope, assumptions, constraints, and technical requirements. • Main Point of Contact: act as the primary link between Account Services and the creative, strategy, digital, and production teams. • Monitoring: track daily progress, deadlines, and approvals, ensuring quality standards and established SLAs. • Risk Management: identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation to avoid delays. • Work Allocation: responsible for assigning the team's tasks and estimating effort hours in coordination with team leaders. • Deadline Guardian: ensure, through schedules and continuous tracking, that projects are completed according to the timeline agreed with the client.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; • Organized and proactive; • Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools; • Experience in account management / project management within an agency; • Strong communication skills to interact with all agency departments and different management levels; • Proactive in negotiating deadlines, chasing deliverables, and resolving issues independently; • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple demands; • Analytical thinking for interpreting metrics and supporting decision-making.
