📋 Description

• Coordinate the team's daily activities, ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines. • Monitor and report performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs), turning data into strategic insights for management. • Conduct daily status tracking of workstreams (Daily Status), keeping management informed about project health. • Act proactively to identify and remove technical or operational bottlenecks that affect the team's productivity. • Facilitate communication between technical and business areas, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met. • Assist management in decision-making, resource planning, and optimizing internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating or supervising project teams. • Proficiency in management methodologies (Agile or Traditional). • Analytical capability to manage metrics and prepare executive reports. • Strong negotiation and conflict-management skills. • Bachelor's degree (Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields).
