📋 Description

• Serve as the agency's lead specialist in Authorized (Commercial) Promotions, guiding business and planning teams; • Lead and develop the promotions operations team, helping the team build analytical and technical capabilities; • Create the complete operational plan for executing promotional campaigns; • Translate and analyze complex regulations, ensuring the legal and operational compliance of campaigns; • Advise the BI/Data team on which metrics should be extracted and analyzed for dashboard construction; • Prepare and present management and performance reports directly to clients; • Manage the team, ensuring best practices and accurate execution of requests, monitoring and proposing continuous improvements; • Establish a smooth interface between internal departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical and practical knowledge of the rules, deadlines, and legislation governing Commercial/Authorized Promotions; • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (for building operational plans and client presentations) and Excel (for data manipulation and formulas); • Solid understanding of promotion KPIs and analytical capability to interpret campaign data; • Proven experience in people management and conflict resolution; • Strong background working in advertising agencies.
