📋 Description

• Build, analyze and monitor the monthly P&L for Operations (physical stores), ensuring clear and accurate visibility of revenue, margin and expenses. • Support business areas by preparing financial analyses and generating actionable insights. • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, track variances and contribute to the development of action plans. • Perform margin analyses by physical location and channel, as well as commercial performance analyses, identifying opportunities for optimization. • Define and monitor financial and operational KPIs, supporting area management with reports and dashboards. • Participate in strategic projects and transformation initiatives focused on improving profitability and financial processes. • Prepare executive materials and analyses to support finance leadership and business areas. • Communicate analyses and conclusions clearly and objectively, connecting data to business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field. • Experience in Finance, Controllership or FP&A, preferably in retail, consumer goods or businesses with physical operations. • Experience in financial analysis and interaction with business areas to support decision-making. • Knowledge of P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring financial results. • Experience in expense control, identifying efficiency opportunities and leading profitability improvement initiatives. • Experience with store or business unit profitability analysis. • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability for data processing and building financial models. • Ability to translate data into relevant insights. • Collaborative profile with strong communication, strategic vision and the ability to influence decisions.
