📋 Description

• Provide IT support with a focus on integration. • Participate in 24x7 on-call shifts according to schedule rotations. • Analyze and investigate incidents, mapping and understanding business flows to ensure integrations meet functional and technical requirements. • Deploy, configure and maintain APIs, policies and routing, while monitoring API availability and performance. • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents (Level 2).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in IT sustainment/support within integration, preferably in the telecom sector. • Advantage: hands-on experience with Sensedia API Gateway (installation, clustering, performance tuning). • Understanding of API management and governance (API Manager, Developer Portal, versioning). • Experience with microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
