📋 Description

• Act strategically in the formalization of financial transactions, focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and continuous process improvement. • Ensure the correct formalization and settlement of Credit, Capital Markets, Guarantees/Collateral, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions. • Use AI tools responsibly to support operational routines, document analysis, preparation of materials and process standardization, ensuring human validation and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines. • Create, review and maintain operational manuals, internal rules, procedures, workflows and support materials, ensuring standardization, clarity, version control and continuous updates. • Analyze documents, issue and review contractual instruments for transaction formalization, ensuring adherence to Credit Forum approvals, product rules and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields; • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (will be tested); • Solid knowledge of financial mathematics; • Experience in the Back Office of financial institutions, working in the Corporate segment with formalization of Credit, Capital Markets, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Guarantees/Collateral operations; • Multidisciplinary profile with the ability to learn and share knowledge, high performance, engagement, proactivity, strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset to work on system development and process automation projects; • Experience or familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity and process improvement is a plus.
