📋 Description

• Manage the daily operation of stores on Mercado Livre (product listing, maintenance, and updates) • Monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion, reputation, SLA, etc.) and recommend improvements • Interface with internal teams (commercial/sales, logistics, marketing, and supply) • Monitor campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities within the marketplace • Ensure compliance with Mercado Livre policies and rules • Support the expansion and structuring of new marketplace initiatives • Resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience operating on marketplaces (especially Mercado Livre) — a plus • Experience managing digital stores / e-commerce • Knowledge of performance metrics and data analysis
