📋 Description

• Conduct video call appointments to validate and issue digital certificates; • Strictly follow the current service script during video calls to identify certificate holders; • Operate systems through required platforms to validate holders' data during and after video calls to ensure issuance of digital certificates; • Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Organized and detail-oriented; • Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
