• Implement billing solutions via APIs and CNAB files, ensuring adherence to layouts, banking rules and operational processes • Lead technical-operational onboarding of clients and partners from kickoff to production, including testing, validation and deadline tracking • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, Technology, Product, VANs and internal teams, ensuring technical alignment and smooth communication • Analyze and validate billing flows, return files, settlements and reconciliations, ensuring quality and mitigating risks • Support the evolution of APIs, CNAB layouts and processes, contributing to automation, standardization and improved efficiency • Manage incidents and drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, SLAs and governance controls
• Experience with billing via CNAB and integrations via API • Experience onboarding clients and managing financial operational processes • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (business, technology and partners) • Analytical, organized profile with a strong focus on quality and efficiency • Knowledge of agile methodologies with practical application in: • process management • prioritization of requests • continuous improvement • operational flow control • Experience with payment methods, billing or acquiring domains • Experience in regulated environments (banks, fintechs, etc.) • Knowledge of process automation • Experience working with agile methodologies
