📋 Description

• Structure, monitor and improve back-office/operations processes — from risk acceptance through end-to-end claims management. • Manage third-party vendors responsible for underwriting, back office and claims. • Define, monitor and continuously improve KPIs, SLAs, controls, workflows and quality standards. • Lead regular performance meetings to review results, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities. • Ensure alignment between product specifications and operational execution. • Perform technical analysis of residential risks (individual and corporate clients). • Ensure compliance with acceptance rules, internal policies and the company's risk appetite. • Analyze residential claims, assessing cause, coverage, documentation and general conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Civil or related), Insurance Management, Economics, Business Process Management or other areas related to operations, risk or service management. • Solid senior experience in insurance operations, preferably in Residential Insurance or Property & Casualty (P&C) lines. • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and cleansing, dashboard and report creation, and operational controls. • Familiarity with CRMs and customer relationship platforms. • Experience with workflow and BPM technologies. • Experience with claims management systems (insurance core systems, internal platforms or specialized solutions).
