📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams to identify and resolve operational challenges • Ensure operational quality through best practices in supply chain, patient experience, and financial management • Partner with Category, Product, and Tech teams to design and implement operational processes for new business categories • Develop and test new approaches using data-driven insights to refine solutions • Evaluate operational and financial impacts of initiatives, using insights to iterate and improve strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneurial settings) • Proven experience leading projects end-to-end • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions • Enthusiasm for launching communities, e-commerce operations, or new business lines • Competitive mindset focused on delivering the best experience for patients • Bonus: coding or data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
