📋 Description

• Manage and monitor accounts to support their operational and financial development • Establish relationships with client points of contact • Actively participate in evaluating account accounting, budgets, and results • Demonstrate knowledge and work on identifying technical profiles for digital development, SAP, infrastructure (communication, networks, and data), data science, artificial intelligence, project management, and systems architecture • Monitor employee performance, and provide guidance and training to coordinators to ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows • Conduct team follow-up visits to ensure service quality and SLA compliance • Develop and track KPIs, implement action plans, and negotiate deadlines and deliverables • Manage relationships with the client portfolio • Manage job openings, conduct interviews, oversee timekeeping, and billing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field • Previous experience managing technology teams • Experience in project management • Knowledge of information security, networking, and cloud • Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields (preferred) • Knowledge of Operating Systems and Microsoft Power BI (advantage)
