• Execute all operations related to movements of insurable and non-insurable benefits (inclusion, exclusion, changes, upgrades and/or extension plans) using operators' and insurers' portals and/or systems to ensure correct processing. • Process the billing kit through operators' and insurers' portals and/or systems to prepare and send organized and secure billing information to the client. • Verify invoices by checking all data and information contained in the billing kit files to ensure that all processed movements were handled correctly. • Review all received documents by identifying contradictory data or information, gaps, errors, incorrect numbers or documents, and outdated information to prevent issues that could cause losses to the business and/or client. • Maintain and update the control log of all transactions performed by entering the necessary data and information to ensure effective tracking of actions taken. • Provide empathetic, attentive customer service based on dialogue and understanding of needs, in order to clarify doubts and provide the necessary information regarding the billing and/or allocation process. • Assess dependents who reach legal adulthood (monthly billing report and insurers' registration status) by analyzing reports issued by operators and/or insurers to process exclusions due to age limits (majority). • Identify opportunities for improvement through process mapping performed during execution, application of procedures and workflows, and suggest actions that enable continuous improvement in operational performance. • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields • Intermediate knowledge of Excel • Experience in the insurance area with operational processes for health, dental and life products • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical skills and resilience
