📋 Description
• Lead teams and manage contracts for small, medium and large clients • Ensure high service standards and cost optimization • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and safety regulations • Plan and control the facilities budget • Negotiate and manage contracts with security, front desk, caretaking, mailroom/courier, cleaning and other service teams • Implement continuous improvements in processes and services • Participate in expansion, standardization and maintenance projects • Manage facilities operations across 100 units in the region
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience as a Facilities Manager • Previous experience in regional or national management of sites and team leaders • Experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs and budgets • Knowledge of safety regulations, building maintenance and general services • Availability for frequent travel within the region
