📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and process operational data to generate insights; • Monitor performance indicators and identify issues and improvement opportunities; • Understand business processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Interface with internal departments and external partners to align and gather information; • Foster collaboration among teams involved in operations; • Handle day-to-day operational problem solving, ensuring speed and quality of deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biomedicine (management-focused), or related fields; • Previous experience in data analysis and operations; • Advanced Excel skills; • Knowledge of management methodologies and process improvement; • Experience with metrics and performance analysis.
