• Monitorar e otimizar processos do funil de vendas, do lead ao fechamento • Criar e manter relatórios e dashboards de performance (KPIs, pipeline, forecast) • Apoiar o planejamento comercial, definição de metas e modelagem de comissionamento • Garantir a qualidade e integridade dos dados no CRM e sua adoção pelo time • Identificar gargalos na operação e propor melhorias de produtividade e resultado • Atuar de forma integrada com Vendas, Marketing, CS e Financeiro • Documentar processos, rotinas e playbooks de Sales Ops • Implementar e gerenciar ferramentas comerciais e automações • Apoiar previsões de vendas e análises estratégicas recorrentes • Contribuir com onboarding e capacitação do time comercial
• Entre 2 e 4 anos de experiência em Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Planejamento Comercial ou BI • Domínio de CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce ou similares) • Excel ou Google Sheets avançado • Experiência prática com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker ou Tableau) • Capacidade de interpretar dados e transformar em ações concretas
