📋 Description

• Plan and control product development projects (from briefing to delivery), structuring schedules and milestones • Act directly to resolve operational bottlenecks with factories and suppliers • Manage Brazil–China integration, monitoring production lead times, inspections and shipments with the international team • Control project financial indicators, analyzing budget, costs, margins and profitability via the Protheus ERP • Prioritize the project portfolio based on ROI, production capacity and deadlines • Implement agile and hybrid methodologies (PMBOK) adapted to the industrial context • Configure and operate task management tools (ClickUp), create performance dashboards and monitor the team's timesheets • Identify operational risks and develop rapid, effective mitigation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, etc.) • Previous experience with import/export (Comex) and Asian supply chain (China) • Knowledge of Power BI • Advanced/Fluent English (Required for international communication) • Advanced Excel • Experience in Project Management (PMBOK + Agile) • Experience with ERP systems (Protheus is a plus) • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp or Monday
