📋 Description

• Ensure execution of corporate strategies, goals and objectives, implementing action plans to achieve results and maximize financial performance. • Promote the company culture and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate implementation of departmental targets and disseminate local strategies and action plans. • Participate in selection, retention, training and development of talent and monitor results. • Lead, engage and supervise teams in accordance with Alper’s People & Management policies. • Manage timekeeping, vacation requests and other administrative matters for direct reports. • Drive and promote the company culture by implementing policies, processes and procedures. • Ensure resources are available and remove obstacles to enable teams to deliver results. • Interface with other areas of the company. • Validate transaction processing performance indicators. • Prepare management reports and performance metrics for the board, presenting results and proposing actions. • Participate in results reporting meetings with Alper’s Board of Directors. • Promote requests for technological improvements and support the development of new products. • Ensure the team is using existing technologies correctly, such as RPAs and APIs. • Deploy commercialized products in accordance with Alper standards. • Carefully evaluate errors or delays in registration/processing activities and propose solutions to prevent recurrence. • Handle requests and claims with carriers/insurers. • Monitor daily workloads through systems and assess employee performance (productivity and quality). • Conduct periodic client visits or meetings to evaluate the environment, assess satisfaction with services and maintain close relationships. • Monitor the Business Unit (BU) budget. • Serve as the focal point for resolving complex operational issues and customer complaints. • Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks and implement improvements and/or automations to increase productivity and reduce costs. • Monitor operational performance of key clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed). • Familiarity with Alper systems and/or market systems: Quiver Pro and Quiver EB. • Knowledge of carriers’/insurers’ products and management systems. • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and processes. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with ANS regulations (ANS: Brazil’s National Supplementary Health Agency).
