📋 Description

• Perform time and motion studies (timekeeping), measuring the average execution time of system-based and manual tasks. • Map current and future processes (As-Is / To-Be), identifying non-value-added activities, redundancies, and automation opportunities. • Develop and maintain capacity models, calculating productive capacity per cell while considering seasonality, absenteeism, and demand complexity. • Apply statistical analyses to evaluate process performance and define standard times. • Identify root causes of SLA deviations, distinguishing between volume overload and process inefficiencies. • Support headcount decisions through technical analyses for hiring and workload redistribution across areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed). • Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested. • Knowledge of efficiency methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), and PDCA. • Knowledge of applied statistics, including mean, median, standard deviation, and correlation. • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with the ability to develop capacity simulators to analyze the impact of volume variation on human resource needs. • Understanding of logistics processes, including transport modes (air, sea, and road) and customs flows — desirable.
