📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation of new sales with operators, adding layouts in systems (EB/ QBEM – TRINDADE /SISWEB) and delivering implementation presentations/training to HR teams and employees. • Will work directly on company implementations and updates; • Updating company registration data (legal name, CNPJ, address, contacts, among others); • Beneficiary management: adding and removing beneficiaries according to client company requests; • Updating beneficiary registration data, such as category changes or dependency changes; • Process management on operator platforms; • Monitoring and verifying request protocols in the internal system and operator systems; • Correcting inconsistencies in registrations, ensuring compliance with operator rules; • Generating reports of performed transactions/movements; • Customer service and support; • Communicating with operators to resolve outstanding issues and track requests; • Ensuring compliance with deadlines established by operators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (complete) in any field; • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, cross-referencing databases) and data management tools; • Familiarity with operator systems and health plan portals QBEM and SISWEB; • Basic knowledge of the supplementary health sector regulation (ANS).
