📋 Description

• Responsible for supervising supply and service operations for laboratories, hospitals and technical centers. • Ensure availability of supplies, operational efficiency and compliance with the area's KPIs. • Develop strategic relationships with supervisors, coordinators and managers of the units served. • Supervise replenishment processes, operational audits and on-site visits. • Ensure control of metrics such as losses, PME, Fill Rate and NPS. • Prevent stockouts and manage non-conformities. • Lead continuous improvement projects, inventories and system parameterization. • Prepare management presentations and monitor operational results. • Manage a team of analysts, including onboarding, schedules, vacations and performance feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• [Required] Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. • Strong organizational skills combined with an analytical mindset, focused on process design and data-driven decision making. • Empathy and active listening as leadership pillars, promoting engagement, productivity and excellence in service to customers and teams. • Resilience and crisis management capabilities, with assertive performance in dynamic, high-pressure and constantly changing environments. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting and executive presentations. • Competitive advantage: experience with SAP and Power BI to support management analysis, performance indicators and business intelligence.
