📋 Description

• Map, document, and review processes for the supported areas; • Develop and monitor continuous improvement projects; • Propose solutions to increase productivity and efficiency; • Support the implementation of new processes and controls; • Analyze operational activities and propose more efficient ways to perform them; • Create reports and management controls to monitor improvements; • Participate in automation initiatives, developing automations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Information Systems, or related fields; • Intermediate knowledge of Excel; • Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint; • Good organization and attention to detail; • Analytical skills; • Comfortable working with controls and documentation; • Good verbal and written communication; • Knowledge of Power BI; • Knowledge of Power Automate; • Knowledge of Python; • Understanding of programming logic; • Experience with process automation; • Experience in digital transformation projects; • Knowledge of continuous improvement and productivity tools.
