📋 Description

• Own Vault end to end, including content ingestion, storage, customer-system connections, organization, AI enrichment and user workflows • Identify ways for customers to derive more value from sports archives through licensing, resale, sponsorship activations and throwback moments • Extend AI capabilities beyond face and logo recognition • Improve metadata, search, rights and usage management for millions of assets • Set and own the Vault product roadmap based on customer needs • Conduct customer discovery with media directors • Spend time on-site at events • Participate in Sales and Customer Success discussions when customer issues arise • Report to the Product Lead • Collaborate with product, engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years building software products • Experience working in a small enough organization to own a product scope independently • Technical depth in storage, ingest, integrations and models • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers without necessarily writing production code • Strong discovery and product judgment • Ability to identify underlying customer pain points and turn customer conversations into prioritized product bets • Experience using AI in product features and in research, specifications, prototypes and analysis • Curiosity about sports media, rights, broadcast workflows and archives • Media background is not required
